Adult Carer Support Worker (Maternity Cover)

  • Hours: 18 hrs/week

  • Salary: £21,331 rising to £22,398 (pro rata)

  • Location: Will be based in Cockermouth (a mix of home and office working is available).

We are looking for someone to join our Adult Carer Support team for at least 12 months to provide maternity cover. The post holder will carry out carer’s assessments, offer one to one support and assist adult carers to develop contingency planning.

Generic Carer Support Worker

  • Hours: 37 hrs/ week

  • Salary: £21,331 rising to £22,398

  • Location: Will be based in Cockermouth (a mix of home and office working is available).

We are looking for a Carer Support Worker who will work with carers of all ages. The post holder will carry out carer’s assessments and one to one support for both young and adult carers and support adult carers to develop contingency planning.

Volunteer Co-ordinator

  • Hours: 18.5 hrs/week

  • Salary: £22,183 rising to £22,605 (pro rata)

  • Location: Will be based in Cockermouth (a mix of home and office working is available).

The post holder will be responsible for the management, co-ordination and development of the Carer Support West Cumbria volunteer project. The post holder will be responsible for the Volunteer Project Support Worker and volunteers.
