We are currently recruiting a new staff member to join our dedicated team providing support to unpaid carers across West Cumbria.
Young Carer Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 37 hrs / week
Salary: £22,397
Location: Will be based in Cockermouth (a mix of home and office working is available).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our young carer team.
The post holder will carry out young carer assessments, reviews, 1:1 support and group activities with children aged 5-18 who have caring responsibilities.
This post will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Post holder must be a driver with access to their own transport.
