FREE relaxation sessions!

This week is International Stress Awareness Week which aims to raise awareness of stress and improve the ways in which it is managed in the workplace and in our personal lives.


We know that caring can be an emotionally draining role and many carers report feelings of stress and depression. To help combat this we offer carers Free Online Relaxation Sessions with Simone from Soul Work Studio.


Simone’s sessions involve a mixture of breathing exercises and guided meditation to help promote inner peace and stillness. They also provide a much needed short break from the responsibilities of caring, just 30 minutes can be enough to calm the mind and ease your soul.


Sessions take place via zoom and last approximately 30-40 minutes. Our upcoming dates include:

  • Wednesday 1st November at 2pm

  • Wednesday 15th November at 2pm

  • Wednesday 29th November at 2pm

  • Wednesday 13th December at 2pm

  • Wednesday 3rd January at 2pm

  • Wednesday 17th January at 2pm

  • Wednesday 31st January at 2pm
